1956 Eric Boissonas House, designed by Philip Johnson and constructed by Louis Lee, was restored by its current owner, removing modifications made by the previous owner, Jay Spector, a designer. During visits to his favorite house, Johnson applauded this recent work including the replacement of the original enormous windows with thermal panes divided with large muntin bars to support the added weight.
