1922 Summer house of Julius Kruttschnitt, President of the Southern Pacific Railroad Co, on Oenoke Ridge, built in the Shingle Style but probably stuccoed in 1922 after a fire severely damaged it. Recently restored to its 1922 appearance, with a new rear addition built on the footprint of the original wing, matching the original materials, brackets, etc. Unusual 8 over 3 original windows were restored: fireplaces, bath fixtures, door casings, hardware, carved cornices and wood work were all retained and preserved.
