1885 former summer boarding house “Roselawn Inn” in 1917 on Old Stamford Road, later converted to a two-family house, restored in 2004 by current owners to its 1885 appearance with modern kitchen and other conveniences meeting building code requirements, while retaining original woodwork, fireplaces and hardware.
