The Klingenstein House was converted from a 1920’s guesthouse to a residence for eleven Silver Hill patients. Richard Turlington Architects, represented by Avery Turlington and Neil Hayes, was responsible for the design. The contractors were PAC Group LLC from Harwinton, CT.
