1818 House, on Silvermine Road, renovated in 1973 with a Colonial Revival living room addition by Hugh Smallen, New Canaan architect.

The most recent addition (to left and behind) was designed by Steve Ilsley, Oldford Studios, Harwinton, CT. Contractor was Ken Frey Construction, Bethel, CT.
